American Multimedia Television USA (AMTV) is a California corporation was formed in 2004. AMTV is a Los Angeles premier bilingual multimedia news resource. AMTV covers breaking news, political and economic news, entertainment and sports news, and interview and theme columns.

AMTV acquires and distributes news materials, including text, pictures and videos, and feature columns to television stations, cable networks, internet, home video outlets and new media throughout the world, has a wide range of visibility

AMTV become a corporate member of American International Chamber of Commerce since 2004, and become a member of IABC in 2006. AMTV was registered with the Federal Communications Commission in 2017 under the registration number 0027011519.
